We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Shipping Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our fulfilment facility.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 4–8 days
- United States: 4–8 days
- Europe: 5–9 days
- Rest of the world: 4–11 days
Important Information
We are not responsible for customs clearance or customs fees associated with your order.
We are not responsible if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout. This may result in the package being returned to sender, which can take 4–6 weeks. Once returned, we'll contact you for a corrected shipping address and reship your order free of charge.
If there is proof of delivery at the correct address, we are not liable for missing packages due to reasons outside our control, such as theft.
